Abba Hoteles guarantees to offer you the best price at all the hotels in the chain under our Best Price Guarantee.
If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, we will match that price and take an extra 10% off.
Email us at e-business@abbahoteles.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled date of arrival. Remember to tell us:
- The name of the hotel, the town or city it is in, and who has offered or where you found a lower price.
- Send us screenshots or urls for the offer at a lower price offered by another booking company or website and the corresponding offer from our website. The offer must be valid at the time of checking.
Terms and conditions
- Remember that the offer must be for the same accommodation, type of room number of guests, the same dates, the same level of board and cancellation terms.
- The offer must be publicly available. We do not accept offers for loyalty programmes or membership schemes or that can only be accessed by logging on, entering discount codes or surrendering points, etc.
