Our Ethical Channel is a confidential tool for employees and third parties to report any suspicion of irregular conduct.

What can you report?

Any indication of a serious infringement, whether administrative or criminal, such as:

• Discrimination.
• Harassment.
• Fraud.
• Corruption.
• Conflicts of interest.

Confidentiality guaranteed

Your identity will be kept in absolute confidentiality, and you can even report anonymously. abba Hoteles is governed by Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers, guaranteeing their rights, including protection against acts that may be considered reprisals.
