Frequently asked questions

What does spa access include and what are the conditions?
When booking through the website, **1 hour of spa access per person per stay is included**. Facilities include: Jacuzzi, waterfall and rain showers, heated bench with footbath, sauna and relaxation room. Please note: **Children under 16 are not permitted**. Massages are not included.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
Breakfast: **8:00 am to 10:30 am** Lunch: **1:00 pm to 3:30 pm (booking required)** Dinner: **7:30 pm to 10:20 pm (booking required)**
Can I request a picnic or cold dinner?
You can swap breakfast or lunch for a **picnic** by informing reception before **7:00 pm the day before**. If you have half board (HB) and arrive late, you can request a **cold dinner** (salad, cold meats, bread and yoghurt) for the day of arrival. Half board allows you to choose between lunch or dinner.
Do you offer a shuttle service to the slopes in winter?
Yes, shuttles are **free of charge** but subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We have 2 vans (maximum 8 people in each). Destinations: **La Massana gondola and Encamp Funicamp**. The first trip departs at **8:30 am**. **Ski storage is also available**, subject to availability.
Is the swimming pool open all year round?
No, the heated pool is open from **1 June to 15 September**, from **10:00 am to 8:00 pm**. There are sun loungers (non-reservable) and towels available with a **€10 deposit**.
What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open **24 hours a day**. Please let us know beforehand if you will be checking in after midnight.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, in the following areas: **lobby, reception, bar, pool, terrace and gardens**. Pets are **not allowed in the restaurant, gym or spa**. They must always be kept on a lead. If left alone in the room, a contact telephone number must be provided.
Do you have facilities for bicycles?
Yes, we have a **secure bike storage room with CCTV and locks**. There is also a station for minor repairs, electric bike charging and a cleaning area.
