Frequently asked questions
Does the hotel have parking? What is the cost and how do you access it?
Yes, we have private parking for guests with direct access to reception. The cost is €21 per day (reservations not possible). Access is via a side entrance to the hotel; reception will provide directions. Accessible spaces are available.
Is there a charger for electric vehicles?
Yes, we offer a Type 2 charging cable. A loan agreement must be signed; a €250 fee applies if the cable is not returned.
Does the hotel have a restaurant and what are the opening hours?
Yes. Sunday to Thursday: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Friday and Saturday: 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. We offer both à la carte and set-menu options at lunchtime.
Are pets allowed?
No, except for guide dogs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm (noon). Late check-out is available until 2:00 pm or 5:00 pm, subject to availability. Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Is the hotel affected by the Low Emission Zone (ZBE)?
No, the hotel is outside the ZBE, so access is unrestricted. When leaving, simply turn right onto Calle Vaguada de la Palma to avoid the regulated zone.
