Reception at abba Apartments Playa de Gros is attended 24 hours a day to attend to the needs of our guests at any time of day.

Change of sheets and towels in the apartment, replacement of toiletries when required and cleaning of the sitting room, bedroom and bathroom (kitchen not included)*.

A complete change of sheets and towels can be requested for a supplementary charge.

*If your stay is longer than one week, this service is included in the price of your stay and is carried out on the seventh day.

Guests have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer in the common areas which are available at set times.
 

abba Apartments Playa de Gros has parking for its guests, for which there is a daily charge (20€/night). There are two electric vehicle charging points (Type 2). Booking required. Limited space.

For the convenience of our guests, there is bike parking at the Apartments.

At abba Apartments Playa de Gros San Sebastian, guests' pets can stay with every comfort. Travelling with a pet is straightforward and costs a daily supplement of €25 above the room rate. (Up to 25 kg)

You must tell us that you will be bringing your pet at the time of booking.

Pet policy

Our free premium WiFi service can meet all the internet connection needs of our guests during their stay, including browsing, email and content download. Connection requires a password available from Reception. Each session lasts up to 24 hours and guests are entitled to as many sessions as they need. Inactive sessions are automatically disconnected to ensure optimal system operation.
