Take a cold shower for temperature contrast, and continue in the steam sauna for 10 more minutes, where the gentle steam will open your pores, clean your skin and rejuvenate your senses. After your experience in the saunas, enjoy a relaxing 30-minute massage that will eliminate any remaining tension, leaving you deeply relaxed. End the experience with a glass of cava or juice in a hammock on our terrace overlooking the Tibidabo.
