Relaxation ritual

Start your ritual by relaxing in the Finnish sauna for 10 min. and let the heat envelop you, relieving the tension of your muscles and promoting detoxification. Take a cold shower for temperature contrast, and continue in the steam sauna for 10 more minutes, where the gentle vapour will open your pores, cleanse your skin and rejuvenate your senses. After your experience in the saunas, enjoy a relaxing massage of 25 min. that will eliminate any remaining tension, leaving you deeply relaxed. End the experience with a glass of cava or juice in a hammock on our terrace overlooking the Tibidabo.
