Starters to share

  • Salamanca cured ham and loin with regañás, tomato, and olive oil.
  • Little gem tulip salad with asparagus tips, sautéed baby eels, and prawns.

Individual starter

  • Txangurro cannelloni on a scarlet prawn cream with prawn crackers.

Rice dishes

Choose your rice from these four options. For tables of four or more guests, you can choose two different rice dishes.

  • Brothy rice with lobster and squid.
  • Rabbit and snail rice in paella.
  • Creamy boletus rice with crispy pork belly.
  • Black rice with cuttlefish and prawns with mussel aioli.

Dessert

  • Pineapple ravioli with coconut foam on vanilla English cream and popping candy.
