Each class, lasting five hours, offers a complete experience: a guided journey through the techniques and flavors of Basque, Spanish, and seasonal cuisine, always prepared with fresh market ingredients. The experience concludes with a lunch accompanied by a carefully curated selection of regional wines, making it one of the most memorable gastronomic encounters in the city.

The program, designed by professional chefs in state-of-the-art facilities located in the heart of San Sebastián, offers a different theme each day of the week:

  • Monday – Spanish Cooking: Beyond Paella
